Crafted over five years by a Hefei-based tech team, this avant-garde ensemble recently stunned audiences on national TV. The band boasts five members—drummer, keyboardist, bassist, and dual guitarists—mirroring a human lineup. But these robots go beyond playback: they sing, command ancient instruments like chime bells and guzheng, and even sway in sync while improvising with human performers, creating a mesmerizing blend of tradition and innovation.  

Powering this feat is a crew of under-30 whiz kids. To fuse machinery with melody, these AI and mechanics engineers first became music apprentices, collaborating with composers to encode artistry into algorithms. Each robotic motion is precision-tuned to millisecond accuracy, guaranteeing seamless rhythm. They didn’t just program the bots—they wrote original hits for them, turning their debut into a nationwide sensation that left crowds roaring for more.
