Hong Kong Disneyland has launched its first-ever Pixar Summer Fest, a seasonal programme running until 31 August that brings Pixar-themed entertainment and experiences across the park.

A key highlight is Pixar Pals Spectacular, a new eight-minute pre-show presented before the park’s Momentous Nighttime Spectacular. Combining drones, projection mapping, fountains and lighting effects, the show features characters and stories from franchises including Toy Story, Inside Out, Cars, Up, Finding Nemo, WALL·E, Monsters, Inc. and The Incredibles.

During the day, visitors can take part in the Pixar Water Play Street Party! and watch the expanded Friendtastic! parade, which includes new Pixar-themed floats and character appearances.

Additional experiences include Draw & Meet sessions at Animation Academy, themed merchandise and food offerings, as well as updated character encounters throughout the park.
