Mount Lushan in Jiangxi Province is captivating visitors this November with a breathtaking display of autumn colours. As parasol trees turn golden and maple leaves blaze red, the mountain transforms into a vivid landscape of colour, its beauty mirrored in the calm, glistening lake below.

To celebrate the season, the Lushan Scenic Area has launched its autumn maple-viewing festival, offering a range of special promotions. Tourists from neighbouring provinces can enjoy 50% off tickets, while students from around the world receive free admission if they successfully take on the challenge of reciting traditional Chinese poems.

Visitors have been flocking to capture the dreamlike scenery. “The sun is setting right now, shining on the autumn leaves, making the yellow and red leaves incredibly colourful. Lushan Mountain is truly beautiful and unique,” said Ms. Yu, a tourist.
