With over 1,600 years of history, it stands among China’s Four Great Grottoes.
Renowned for its clay sculptures, Maijishan is hailed as the “Oriental Sculpture Gallery” and recognised as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
More than 200 caves and thousands of statues remain, accessed by suspended walkways offering breathtaking views.
