[China Travelogue] Botanical Garden in Luoyang Turns Into a Palette of Fall Color
: :

In late autumn, a botanical garden in Luoyang, Henan, is ablaze with color as ginkgo, Chinese tallow and red maple leaves shift from green to gold and crimson. The layered hues make the grounds a magnet for visitors eager to stroll and take photos.

At the garden’s west gate, photographers set up long lenses and tripods to capture the play of light on drifting leaves, while other guests collect unusually shaped fallen leaves to press into bookmarks. The scene feels both peaceful and celebratory.

Beyond the lawns, more than 80 species of colorful-leaf plants are expected to peak between November and early December, promising a rolling display of autumn scenery across the garden.
