In Nanning, southern China, a 50,000-square-metre purple bellflower garden at Nanning Garden Expo Park has burst into bloom. More than 3,000 plants carpet the site in soft mauve waves, their clustered blossoms rippling in the winter breeze like a living, cloud-tinted tapestry.
The layered flower beds sit alongside distinctive garden architecture, together forming a new landmark in Nanning’s garden landscape. The floral display draws both out-of-town visitors and local families, who come to take photos, stroll the paths, and soak in the gentle atmosphere as laughter and conversation drift across the blooms.
Beyond the flower fields, the season also offers hands-on fun. The park has added social-media-friendly photo spots and NPC-style interactive features, allowing visitors to combine sightseeing with playful experiences while enjoying Nanning’s mild winter and the purple bellflower spectacle.
