The gentle March breeze awakens the city with the colors of spring. On Nantong Intercontinental Dream Island, cherry blossoms of many varieties are blooming one after another, drawing visitors out to enjoy the spring scenery.

The Meiren plum blossoms have now reached full bloom, their branches covered in flowers resembling clouds and rosy mist. The early cherry blossoms have begun to bloom as well: pink blossoms like sunset clouds and white ones like fresh snow, each branch thick with petals. As a gentle breeze passes by, the petals quiver lightly, filling the air with a refreshing, sweet floral scent.

The valley is home to more than 7,000 cherry trees across 21 acres, including over 40 varieties. With early-, mid-, and late-blooming species thoughtfully planted, the cherry-viewing season can last for more than a month. From mid-March through mid-April, visitors can enjoy the romantic early-spring scenery whenever they arrive.
