At the heart of Tongren’s success is Fanjing Mountain, a UNESCO-listed wonder known as "Guizhou’s No. 1 Peak." Its crystal-clear waters—delivering 2.8 billion cubic meters annually—nurture premium tea leaves, giving Tongren Matcha its signature quality.  

 

The city’s ambition shines at Guicha Industrial Park, home to Asia’s largest matcha refinery. This "World Matcha Super Factory" boasts four automated lines churning out 10 tons daily—totaling 4,000+ tons per year.  

 

Today, Guizhou’s vibrant green powder is winning over urban cafes, fueling trendy sips like matcha lattes and milk teas. With nature’s bounty and innovation, Tongren isn’t just making matcha—it’s brewing a legacy.
