The exhibition is divided into four themed sections, featuring works that recreate and document a wide range of significant historical events from different periods.

Upon entering the exhibition hall, visitors are greeted by neatly displayed paper-cutting artworks in vibrant shades of red and gold. Each piece showcases exquisite craftsmanship, vividly telling stories rooted in Lin’an's local culture and history. Many visitors linger to admire the exhibits, exploring the region's rich cultural heritage through these intricate works of art. The exhibition offers an immersive experience that highlights the beauty of traditional paper-cutting while reflecting the enduring legacy of local culture and craftsmanship.

The museum previously collected nearly 200 paper-cutting submissions from 22 provinces and municipalities across China. Curators carefully selected 65 outstanding works for this special exhibition. Open free of charge to both local residents and tourists, the exhibition will run until October 7.
