The West Kowloon Cultural District Authority has announced the return of its flagship music celebration – WestK Presents: Freespace Jazz Fest, taking place from 6 to 9 November. Now in its seventh edition, the festival continues to be a highlight of Hong Kong’s cultural calendar, expanding beyond jazz to embrace pop, experimental, and world music.

Over four vibrant days, Freespace and the Art Park will transform into a lively hub of sound and creativity, featuring a mix of ticketed concerts and nearly 40 free performances. Audiences can look forward to shows by acclaimed local stars and emerging talents, alongside a diverse line-up of international artists from Japan, Thailand, and Colombia. The festival will culminate with the Hong Kong debut of British jazz pianist Joe Webb and his trio, delivering an electrifying finale that bridges universal rhythms with contemporary jazz flair.

Festivalgoers can also enjoy a two-day food market on 8–9 November, where 14 local culinary talents will serve global flavours alongside live music by the harbour.
