A new waterfront hub is taking shape at SKYTOPIA, where the planned Yacht Bay aims to position Hong Kong as a leading nautical destination in Asia. At its core will be the Airport Bay Marina, the city’s largest of its kind, offering around 500 berths for vessels up to 100 metres. Alongside it, a marine-facing resort with direct marina access and a promenade lined with dining and leisure venues is expected to bring added vibrancy, while a major water recreation zone will cater to visitors of all ages.
Designed to complement SKYTOPIA’s wider mix of entertainment, arts and business facilities, the development will benefit from close links to Hong Kong International Airport, enabling seamless sea-to-air experiences.
Airport Authority Hong Kong has launched an expression of interest exercise, inviting global partners across marina operations, hospitality and tourism to help shape the project, with supporting infrastructure to be funded by the authority.
