Nanjing’s night sparkle met fashion’s bright lights when the third Nanking Fashion Week opened on the Nanjing Eye Footbridge, kicking off a citywide style celebration that runs for more than a month.

Under the riverside glow, the footbridge turned into a 150-metre runway. Five major brands debuted, 150 models marched a 300-metre show path, and 120 looks paraded by—making this the largest fashion show held on the bridge since it opened and setting a new record for outdoor bridge runway shows in China.

Organisers plan to keep the Nanjing Eye area as a permanent launch base for fashion, using its waterfront views to host regular premieres, exhibitions, and performances—and to help power the city’s growing fashion scene.
