Future Technology Center of the Bay Area in Zhongshan, southern China, held a first-quarter 2026 signing ceremony for new investments and tenant arrivals. Several high-quality companies signed agreements to move into the park, covering new energy technology, new materials, and intelligent manufacturing. The total signed area reached 11,000 square metres, with contracts worth 145 million yuan (about 21 million USD).

The park is a model Shenzhen–Zhongshan industrial cooperation project. It offers full life-cycle, precise services for incoming companies, helping investors start businesses with peace of mind and grow comfortably.

One company said it chose the park not only for the manufacturing ecosystem on Ma'an Island, but also for its location in the core of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, close to the Shenzhen–Zhongshan Link and Shenzhen Airport. This makes face-to-face talks with clients easier, speeds up talent recruitment, and supports business growth.
