Chinese-made humanoid robots have become a global sensation in recent years. Caviar, a luxury brand specializing in customized high-end electronic products, has recently turned its attention to robots, launching its new product, “Aladdin”—a customized golden robot.

Based on the G1 humanoid robot manufactured by Unitree, a leading Chinese humanoid robotics company, Aladdin incorporates elements of ancient Arab noble attire, including the Chapan robe and Caftan. Each unit is handcrafted by artisans, who adorn the black robot body with an array of gemstones and gold, resulting in a strikingly opulent appearance.

Caviar describes Aladdin as a seamless blend of modern technology and traditional Middle Eastern culture. Inspired by “One Thousand and One Nights,” the robot, clad in traditional clothing, resembles a genie emerging from a mechanical body. The most celebrated aspect of the design is its symbolism: the magic in the story is replaced by modern AI, suggesting that technological progress may gradually bring age-old fantasies to life.
