Robotic innovations and cutting-edge AI applications took centre stage at the three-day Beijing International AI Application and Robot Innovation Show, which opened on March 18 and drew strong international participation.
Spanning the innovation ecosystem, the exhibition highlighted advances in artificial intelligence, robotics, the Internet of Things and intelligent terminals, offering a clear picture of how AI is integrating into the real economy. From advances in computing power and next-generation processors to sophisticated hardware and software, the event underscored AI’s role in modernising industries.
Beyond the exhibition floor, technologies moved into everyday use. Applications ranged from industrial automation to wearable medical devices, improving accessibility and enhancing daily life, including for people with disabilities.
Smart home robotics also drew attention, with Chinese firms positioning themselves at the forefront.
More than a showcase, the expo served as a platform for collaboration, with participants recognising China’s manufacturing strength and diverse use cases as a driver for accelerating global AI innovation.
