[Tech Trends] Drones & Low-Altitude Tech Highlight Guangzhou Intelligent Equipment Expo
: :

The southern Chinese city of Guangzhou recently hosted the Guangzhou International Smart Equipment and Artificial Intelligence Exhibition. The event showcased a wide range of low-altitude aircraft designed for various applications, including tourism and sightseeing, emergency rescue operations, and agricultural spraying.

Commercial logistics has emerged as one of the most mature application areas for low-altitude technology, represented by cargo delivery drones. These drones can reduce transportation time by more than 50 percent compared with conventional ground transport.

Wang Panpan, Booth Staff:

"Our drones are primarily used for intercity deliveries. They also transport blood supplies between hospitals and deliver medical test samples, all of which require rapid and reliable delivery."

Besides finished aircraft and related components, many exhibitors also showcased their latest technologies. New low-altitude security solutions can effectively prevent unauthorized flights.

Liu Xingliang, Booth Supervisor:

"Our portable devices, vehicle-mounted equipment, and shoulder-mounted lights showcased here can all detect drones."

With a global vision, the expo integrates product exhibitions, industry summits, and targeted industry-finance matchmaking. It has established a world-class platform for communication and cooperation across the low-altitude economy.
