Rarer than pearls, these golden mutants sell for 1,000-1,500 Yuan each. The secret?

Nansha produces 40 tons yearly of these "caviar of crustaceans," fueling a ¥200M industry.  

In 2023, Nansha was crowned China’s exclusive "Butter Crab Hometown".
