Gold Coast will host a four-day Easter celebration from April 3 to 6, turning its expansive 50,000 sq ft lawn into a vibrant, family-friendly carnival space. The centrepiece is a refreshed Easter egg hunt, where participants can search for hidden eggs, including one eco-friendly 3D printed egg that unlocks the top prize.

The programme extends well beyond the hunt. Children can dive into playful activities such as an excavation-style “Eggs-cavator”, a giant egg rolling contest and a maze challenge, while adults relax nearby in a dedicated zone with live music.

Food and shopping add to the festive atmosphere, with an Easter Bites Market offering seasonal treats and a separate marketplace featuring crafts and face painting. A highlight on April 4 and 5 is the Minimakers Kids Market, where young sellers take the lead, running stalls filled with pre-loved toys and handmade creations.
