A local door and window brand in Foshan recently held a product launch event. At the event, a new product co-developed with the Architectural Acoustics Laboratory of Tsinghua University made its global debut. After two years of intensive research and development, the product delivers outstanding sound insulation performance exceeding 40 decibels. It brings high-grade acoustic insulation technology—once exclusive to theaters and recording studios—into residential settings in a cost-efficient manner.

Following a stringent review by World Record Certification & Credibility, the product series has been officially certified as “the world’s premier all-round high sound-insulation system windows for residential buildings.”

The event also unveiled the industry’s first “8A” standard for soundproof doors and windows. It systematically establishes technical benchmarks across eight key dimensions: sound insulation, thermal insulation, air tightness, water tightness, wind resistance, safety, durability, and aesthetic design, offering consumers credible purchasing guidance.
