Adora Cruises, a homegrown Chinese cruise brand, has officially launched its second domestically built large-scale cruise ship and announced its inaugural season routes in Guangzhou, southern China. The cruise line stated that tickets will go on sale starting May 20. Following its delivery in November this year, the ship will begin its inaugural season from Guangzhou Nansha International Cruise Home Port.
The inaugural voyage is scheduled to depart from Guangzhou on a 6-day, 5-night international cruise to Hong Kong, China, and Hue (also known as Thanh My), Vietnam. As the second homegrown cruise ship, it features a sleeker hull design, with an atrium area twice the size of that of the first ship. Measuring 341 meters in length and with a gross tonnage of 141,900, it includes 2,130 luxury staterooms and suites, accommodating up to 5,232 guests at full capacity.
The ship is equipped with a variety of distinctive restaurants and bars, as well as a grand theater, shopping mall, art gallery, gym, and other amenities, fully meeting the vacation needs of guests of all age groups.
Notably, the cruise will also launch a landmark 17-day, 16-night “Maritime Silk Road Discovery Journey,” covering six Southeast Asian countries for the first time. The voyage will take guests to Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei, the Philippines, Indonesia, and Vietnam, offering an immersive cultural exploration along the ancient Maritime Silk Road.
