Hong Kong is set to welcome a major celebration of global football as the FIFA Museum brings a special exhibition to the city this May. Opening on 28 May 2026 at Times Square in Causeway Bay, the six-month showcase arrives ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup in Canada, Mexico and the United States.
The exhibition will explore the history and cultural impact of the world’s most popular sport, featuring original artefacts, iconic trophies and immersive multimedia displays. Highlights include key moments from both the FIFA World Cup and the FIFA Women’s World Cup.
A standout installation, “The Rainbow”, will present jerseys from all 211 FIFA Member Associations, symbolising football’s global unity. Visitors can also enjoy short films such as The Final and The Path of Champions, alongside stories connected to the game in Asia and Hong Kong. Tickets go on sale from 16 April.
