This is Xiao He, the most popular cultural ambassador at the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation Summit 2025 held at Tianjin in China.  

Equipped with advanced artificial intelligence, Xiao He responds fluently in English, Russian, and Chinese, delivering detailed answers in seconds.

With her realistic and lifelike features, she interacts seamlessly with participants, providing accurate information and dependable assistance throughout the day.

Whether that be places to visit in Tianjin or what to expect in the coming days of the summit, Xiao He is a symbol of innovation, blending technology with cultural exchange at the forefront of the SCO.

The SCO Summit has brought together many nations in the Eurasian region to strengthen global cooperation, connectivity, and peace.  

One of the highlights of the summit was its Media Centre, featuring a vast array of future tech and cultural exhibits. But one innovation in particular stood out, and in-front of the rest – ‘Xiao He’, the interactive humanoid robot that became the summit’s AI experience host.

As the summit unfolded, the future tech on display revealed exciting possibilities for real-world applications in the years ahead.  

Alongside these innovations, new initiatives championed by China, the host of the 2025 Summit – such as the Global Governance Initiative – were brought into focus, all aimed at building a more balanced, connected, and forward-looking world.
