At Huangcun Metro Station, security robots have become part of daily operations, helping identify passengers with luggage, guiding them through screening, and easing congestion during peak hours. They can monitor crowd movement, issue voice prompts, and quickly trigger emergency responses when needed.

Beyond transport hubs, the robots are also active in residential areas, welcoming residents by day and patrolling neighbourhoods at night. Designed for versatility, they can reach speeds of up to 15 km/h and shift into a four-wheel mode to navigate stairs and obstacles.
