Chinese company ARIDGE, an affiliate of XPENG, has unveiled the ‘Land Aircraft Carrier’ in Dubai, marking a bold step toward the future of transportation. It can be flown autonomously or manually, requiring little technical experience.Michael Du, ARIDGE’s CFO and VP, said Dubai was chosen for its openness to advanced technologies and its large, affluent customer base. “The UAE… has been over the last decades embracing new technology, especially advanced air mobility,” he said.Du also highlighted China’s advantages in the emerging low-altitude economy, citing strong EV expertise and government support.
